Law School Help!?

I want to transfer to Cardozo law school from a 4th tier school…Touro. I know, it sucks. Anyway, I’ve got a 3.2 GPA there, an A in my legal research and writing class, and a 156 on the LSAT. What are my chances of being able to transfer there?
Also, before anyone makes any comments about how much Touro sucks, a good friend of mine got rejected from Touro and accepted to Cardozo even though he got a 145 on his LSAT. Go fig…
